IT Check-Up

Your body is a complicated organism composed of multiple systems which must interact efficiently to perform well. The computer and technology systems in an office also require seamless integration of multiple components and subsystems. Our IT Check-Up will give you an idea of the general health of your computers, and guide you in improving that health.

Pro

The Pro Exam is like a full physical. We stick our finger up your network’s ass and ask it to cough. Blood work, X-rays, the whole nine yards. Our inspection includes approximately 150 tests and verifications (the exact count depends upon your specific systems) spread across six realms of IT: Services, Internet, Perimeter, Network, Servers, and Workstations.

This requires us to spend several hours on-site collecting data, and several more hours preparing a report. You’ll receive a written report explaining the status of your systems, potential problems, and prioritized recommendations for improvement. You’ll have access to Feedwire’s expertise and experience through a new lens.

Lite

If you’re not ready for a Pro exam, you can test the waters with a free Lite exam. We’ll examine your public services and the front-facing systems on your Internet perimeter. This doesn’t require a visit. You’ll receive a similar, though shorter, report of our findings and recommendations for improvements.
